LICITACIÓN PÚBLICA - “UN MODELO DE PRINCIPIO PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN EN LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA”
Abstract
El presente trabajo pretende analizar la Obra Pública mediante el procedimiento administrativo de la Licitación Pública, por el cual la administración invita a los interesados a que, sujetándose a las bases fijadas en el pliego de condiciones, formulen propuestas de las cuales se seleccionará y aceptará (adjudicación), la más ventajosa o conveniente.
Se estudiará las etapas del proceso de Licitación Pública, desde los actos previos al contrato hasta la finalización del mismo.
Además, se analizará los entes autárquicos principales intervinientes en la ejecución de obras públicas, abordando principalmente en el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano, correspondiente a la obra: “50 viviendas e infraestructura en Famaillá” - Sector Norte- departamento Famaillá provincia de Tucumán.
Se tendrá en cuenta leyes nacionales y provinciales, pliegos y condiciones particulares y generales para lograr que las obras se contraten en apego a los procedimientos y se ejecuten con la calidad requerida, en el tiempo necesario y a costos razonables.
